EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We understand that athletes might not have access to all types of aerobic equipment. Unlike other conditioning programs, we offer multiple options for machine substitutions. It is recommended that you have access to at least an Erg (Rower, BikeErg, SkiErg) and an air bike (Assault Bike, AirDyne, Rogue Echo Bike).

Our programming may be added to your current training as a stand-alone session, or could also be your full-time training if you're training for a long endurance race, or just want to build your aerobic capacity.

Yes, each workout is written based on the effort percentage and your approximate paces. We provide a template for an optional baseline and testing workouts to access your current level of aerobic conditioning.

Every Sunday at 12pm EST we release a full week of training. 

You can cancel your membership anytime inside your account page.
