Cancel any time. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel from your account page or by emailing support@enduranceprep.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.

No refunds. Membership payments, including renewals, are not refunded. If you cancel part-way through a period you keep access for the rest of that period and are not charged again. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date.

Price changes. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a renewal price changes. Cancelling before the renewal avoids the new price.

EU and UK customers. You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the first purchase. At checkout you agree that the service starts at once and acknowledge that if you withdraw within the 14 days you pay for the days used.
