We understand that athletes might not have access to all types of aerobic equipment. Unlike other conditioning programs, we offer multiple options for machine substitutions. It’s recommended that you have access to at least one machine, an erg (Rower, BikeErg, SkiErg) or an air bike (Assault Bike, AirDyne, Rogue Echo Bike).

Our programming may be added to your current training as a stand-alone session. It can also be your full-time training program if you’re training for a long endurance race, or just want to build your aerobic capacity.

Yes! Workouts are based on effort percentage (a suggested effort level in plain language) and your approximate paces. And we provide testing options to assess your current level of aerobic conditioning. ALL levels thrive with our program.

We release a full week of training every Saturday at 6 pm EST.

No, the training is delivered via a website. There is currently no app available. However, users can bookmark the website page and create a home screen icon on their mobile device for easy access to view all workouts without the need to install anything.

You can cancel your membership anytime inside your account page.
