We understand that athletes might not have access to all types of aerobic equipment. Unlike other conditioning programs, we offer multiple options for machine substitutions. It’s recommended that you have access to at least an Erg (Rower, BikeErg, SkiErg) and an air bike (Assault Bike, AirDyne, Rogue Echo Bike).
Our programming may be added to your current training as a stand-alone session. It can also be your full-time training program if you’re training for a long endurance race, or just want to build your aerobic capacity.
Yes! Workouts are based on effort percentage (a suggested effort level in plain language) and your approximate paces. And we provide testing options to assess your current level of aerobic conditioning. ALL levels thrive with our program.
We release a full week of training every Sunday at 12pm EST.
